    Lithuanian (native)
English (have been watching english cartoons since infancy, so second native? :D)
German (Meh, can speak a bit, can understand things, yet I'm not what you call good).
80% of people around me speak Russian fluently, so some of it naturaly sticks on me, yet I know like 200 words, so this doesn't count.
Also if we start mentioning, latvian language I can understand easily, yet can't talk. If I speak lithuanian and they speak latvian we would probably more or less be able to comunicate on any topic.

P.S. C++ counts? If so I can do that also :D
