What is the human maximum foot speed?

In particular I am not concerned with Usain Bolt, or average foot speed, but rather where foot speeds fall on a percentile graph. I've searched for a while, and seem to have difficulty finding anything particularly relevant...

I have no idea what a mile is, but I'm looking at sprinting speeds, and where they cap out across the population, which should be a normal distribution.

Worded better than my initial question, I was struggling for the right words when I posted, I'm wondering what the mean sprinting speed is, and standard deviation. I think having actually found the words, I should be able to figure it out.

    Still appreciated ^_^
